Little Chef Sessions: Vegetable Soup with Ramen

Get ready to cook up some fun! Join Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lorain County for our next Little Chef Session, presented in partnership with Steve Baker of West Creek Conservancy.

Families will virtually explore the ease, art, and joy of healthy cooking together while making Vegetable Soup with Ramen from the comfort of home. Little Chefs of all ages are welcome, and all ingredients are FREE and supplied to participants!

Join us for Parenting in the Digital Age, a FREE discussion designed to help parents and caregivers better understand the risks young people face online. Guest content experts from Riveon Health and the Ohio Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force will share current trends, practical insights, and strategies for addressing the financial, physical, and mental health risks associated with premature and excessive social media use.

Participants will learn ways to help young people build healthier online habits and make safer choices in an ever-changing digital world. Sessions are available both in person and through Google Meet, with a light dinner provided for in-person attendees. A Spanish-language session will be offered on October 20.
