With over 250 youth currently being served in one-to-one mentoring relationships throughout Lorain County, there still remains a significant need, particularly when it comes to adult males stepping forward in a mentoring role for boys. Adult males often feel uncertain of their ability to mentor a youth, what to do during their time with a child, and how they could fit mentoring into their schedule. However, Big Brothers Big Sisters takes care of these concerns by making volunteering flexible. It only takes a few hours a couple times a month to make a Big difference.

Why do we need Big Brothers?

And learn why so many are now saying, “I get back so much more than I give.”
