Ticket Donations
Thank you for considering Big Brothers Big Sisters for your tickets donation. We gladly accept tickets for family friendly sporting, community, cultural, music and special events.
To arrange ticket donations please call 440-277-6541 and a ticket representative will assist you. If a ticket representative is unavailable please leave a detailed message with your contact information, description of event, and how many tickets you would like to donate.
Our ticket donation policy
Once tickets are obtained from the donor, every effort will be made to honor any donor-imposed restrictions for their use. Every effort will be made to ensure that tickets first and foremost go to a Big Brother or Big Sister and their Little. However, we can not guarantee that tickets will be used. If Big Brothers Big Sisters has exhausted every means of finding a Big and Little to attend the event and none has been found, an agreement will be made with the donor as to how to best distribute the tickets (other Volunteers, staff rewards or individual recognition).
In the event of excess tickets or being notified on short notice, tickets will be made available to other Volunteers or staff with the donors approval. If Big Brothers Big Sisters is unable to honor any donor-imposed restrictions for the donated tickets, the donor may request tickets be returned.
Big Brothers Big Sisters will provide an in-kind donation receipt.
Big Brothers Big Sisters will provide the ticket recipient with information regarding donor so that an appropriate letter of thanks can be sent. We can not guarantee a thank you letter will be sent but do recommend the courtesy.
